Dr. MING DU is currently working as a Professor in the School of Food Science and Technology, Dalian Polytechnic University, China. He received a Ph.D. in Storage and Processing of Agricultural Products from China Agricultural University, Beijing, China.
Dr. MING DU had many publications regarding the Effects of bovine colostrum acid protein on bone loss and hemobiochemistry indexes in rats, Dairy Science &Technology, Purification of protease from dry fermented sausages by aqueous two-phase system and Differences in particle characteristics and oxidized flavor as affected by heat-related processes of milk powder. He received many awards and rewards for his research work in the field of nutrition.
