Biography

Dr. Faisal Mohammed Saleh Aqlan is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Food & Biochemistry at Jeddah University, Saudi Arabia. He holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry at King Abdulaziz University, Saudi Arabia. His research focuses on development for novel foods in an attempt to discover more innovative foods of high nutraceutical values that can be used in other food production systems.

Faisal Mohammed has published various papers in various in high impact factor international journals. He has also been awarded various awards and honors including the Doctoral Fellowship, University of King Abdulaziz, Saudi Arabia. He has also written several books. Faisal published more than 18 scientific. He is a reviewer in more than 5 international journals as well as a member of the editorial board of 4 indexed journals.
