Biography
Dr. Cigdem Elmas is currently working as a professor at Gazi University Faculty of Medicine, Turkey. She completed her Ph.D. in the Department of Histology and Embryology at Gazi University Faculty of Medicine.
She has many publications regarding Atrophic and regenerative changes in rabbit mimic muscles after lidocaine and bupivacaine application, an ultrastructural investigation in stomach epithelial cells of mice during pregnancy and early lactation and the effects of methylprednisolone on the lung injury resulted from extremity ischemia-reperfusion. She got the Best Experimental Study Award and Best oral presentation second prize. She has Membership of Gazi University Faculty of Medicine Accreditation Self Evaluation commission and Academic Evaluation and Quality Improvement Coordinator of Membership.
