He pursued his Doctoral Degree during 1968-1975 from JondiShaPour Medical School, Ahwaz, Iran. Postdoctoral training and fellowships were held in different universities in the department of Cardiology. He holds the memberships in various honorary societies like American College of Cardiology, Pitt County Medical Society, North Carolina Medical Society, etc.
Dr. Assad has much publication and also serving as Editorial Board member and Reviewer for various National & International Journals.
