Dr. Demet ALTUN currently working in Ufuk University School of Medicine, Turkey. She completed her Doctor of medicine in Ankara University, School of Medicine, Turkey. She got a Pediatric Advanced Life Support Certificate in the Department of Pediatrics from Gülhane Military Medical Academy, Turkey.

She has many publications regarding intracranial hemorrhage due to vitamin K deficiency in an infant despite vitamin K prophylaxis at birth, Excellence in Pediatrics and Vitamin B12 Deficiency Associated with Three-Month Use of Proton-Pump Inhibitor in a Child with Chronic Graft-Versus-Host Disease.
