Biography
Dr. Lawrence Lavery is currently working as a Professor in the Department of Plastic Surgery, as well as Director of Clinical Research in the Department of Plastic Surgery, at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, Dallas, TX. He holds his MPH Degree from University of Texas Health Science Center School of Public Health, San Antonio, Texas. He completed his Post-Graduate Medical Education Podiatric Medicine and Surgery from University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, Texas.
Dr. Lawrence Lavery is a Postdoctoral Fellow and Ph.D. Candidates Supervisor. He Honored and Awarded as Edward James Olmos Award, Meritorious Service Award and William J. Stickel Award, Gold Medal for Research and Papers in Podiatric Medicine. His research group has published 210 peer reviewed papers and has received extramural funding from the Veterans Administration, the National Institute of Health, the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality. He published articles in national and international journals.
