Dr. Essam Ahmed Abdelhakam Ahmed is an Assistant Professor in the Nursing Administration Department at the Faculty of Nursing, Minia University, Egypt. He also serves as the Executive Manager of the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Unit at the same faculty. Dr. Essam earned his PhD in Nursing Administration with an "Excellent" grade from Minia University in 2020, following a Master’s degree from Cairo University in 2015. He is an Associate Alumnus of Harvard Medical School, having completed the Clinical Scholars Research Training (CSRT) program. Throughout his career, he has participated in numerous international leadership and management programs in Japan, India, Thailand, and Egypt, including the prestigious Presidential Leadership Program (PLP). His professional focus includes nursing leadership, hospital management, and the integration of innovation and artificial intelligence in healthcare education and practice. Research Interests: • Nursing Administration and Leadership: Strategic planning, organizational behavior, and leadership styles in healthcare. • Healthcare Quality and Sustainability: Patient safety, quality of care, and green human resource management. • Innovation and Technology in Nursing: The impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on healthcare, e-learning, and digital health solutions. • Clinical Research and Public Health: Epidemiology, biostatistics, and public health management. • Nursing Education: Competency-based programs and the future of nursing education technology.
