I have done my Ph.D in Neurosciences from All India Institute of Medical Sciences India in 2007. Briefly I am a Scientific leader with demonstrated expertise across neurodegenerative diseases (AD, PD, FTD, ALS, HD) including traumatic brain injury and stroke, mechanisms underlying therapeutic modalities. High experience in developing diagnostic biomarkers and therapeutic modalities for Alzheimer's disease and other neurodegenerative diseases as well as Neuropsychiatry disorders. Broad expertise in drug development spanning large molecule, small molecules, cellular therapeutics and antibodies. Recently our two drugs have been approved for clinical trials by FDA one for Alzheimer's disease and another for stroke. Following are the links Previously working in Amydis (2017-2020), I launched formulation and preclinical work for a novel Alzheimer’s disease diagnostic candidate and investigating fluorescent probes capable of labeling and enhancing visualization of amyloids in the retina. Executed In-vivo and ex-vivo characterization of molecular probes and aggregates of various amyloid proteins for the diagnosis of Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, prion disease and cerebral amyloid angiopathy.  These findings led to several years of research and I was recognized by various publications and awards.
